If you’re Canadian, stand up for Dance! BYLAW 15950 in a nutshell, if it is passed will stop all venues that hold after hours dance events from selling alcohol and it will not allow any dance events to be associated with venues that sell alcohol. The whole business model of nightlife events is based around drink sales and if this goes through people will be either stricken with over-priced tickets and perhaps an increase of drug usage because people can’t party with drinks.
